云南师范大学与美国特洛伊大学新闻学实验班本科人才培养方案

(2016版)

 

I. 培养目标和要求

培养目标:本专业培养能够在各类媒体从事新闻采访、写作、编辑、评论、摄影等新闻实务以及在党政机关、企事业单位从事新闻宣传的复合型人才。

培养要求:本专业要求学生具备新闻学、传播学的基本理论和基础知识,受到新闻业务的基本训练,具有社会活动和科研的基本能力。

 

II. 学位要求

1+2+1中美人才培养计划》项目学生是较为优秀的学生,需满足美国特洛伊大学对托福成绩的要求。

1+2+1学生需要修满122.74学分(包括在云南师范大学的58.74学分),并完成美国特洛伊大学所有学位课程,才能获得美国特洛伊大学学士学位。

1+2+1学生需要修满150学分(包括在美国特洛伊大学的67学分),并完成所有学位课程才能获得云南师范大学学士学位。

所有学生必须按照美国特洛伊大学和云南师范大学的规定完成所有课程和学分。

本课程使学生掌握新闻评论活动的客观规律,具有比较扎实的专业理论功底,并以此来指导新闻评论的实践。

  • 媒介经营与管理

本课程在经济学、管理学理论基础上,对现代传播媒介的经营管理、战略管理进行研究

  • 重大突发事件报道研究

本课程针对对近年重大突发事件频发的背景,分析新媒体环境下的危机传播模式及影响因素,并提出解决方案。

  • 毕业论文

本课程为学生本科毕业之前最后一项工作,学生在老师的指导下,完成毕业论文的选题、修改、定稿、答辩全过程。

I.Training Goals and Requirements

    Training Goals:to cultivate versatile talents who have the abilities to working on news interview/writing/editor/photography/journalism practice for different medias and who can engage in news propaganda for party and government organs and enterprises and public institutions.

Training requirements:  This major requires students to be equipped with the basic theory and basic knowledge of Journalism and communication, receive basic training of the news practices, able to conduct basic scientific research and engage in social activities.

 

II. Degree Requirements

    Students in this project should be excellent students. Their TOEFL scores needs to meet the requirements of Troy University.

     Students in this project could get the bachelor’s degree in TROY University according to completing 122.74 credits, including 58.74 credits in Yunnan Normal University.

   Students in this project could get the bachelor’s degree in Yunnan Normal University according to completing 150 credits, including 67 credits in Troy University.

    All students must complete all courses and credits in accordance with the provisions of the United States Troy University and the Yunnan Normal University.

IV. Course Descriptions

First Year

  1. The Basic Principles of Marxism

This course introduces the basic concepts, theories and relevant knowledge of the Marx doctrine.

  1. Ideological, Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis (including Moral Conducts)

This course introduces the relevant knowledge, such as moral and law, in order to improve students' Moral Cultivation and legal awareness.

  1. University Physical Education (1)

This course introduces the knowledge of sports, and the operation skills of sports related sports.

  1. Modern Chinese

This course systematically teaches the basic theory and basic knowledge of modern Chinese, training and improving the ability of students to understand and analyze the modern Chinese language.

  1. Chinese Literature

This course mainly introduces the Chinese ancient literature, the main writer, the work, the school and so on.

  1. Communication Theory (Part 1 and Part 2)

This course enables students to grasp the basic theory of mass communication, and to understand the phenomenon of information transmission in human society.

  1. The History of Journalism and Communication in China and Foreign Countries

This course enables students to grasp the objective law of the development of journalism, with a relatively solid theoretical basis, and to guide the practice of news.

  1. Television Camera

This course aims to train students to master the basic principles, methods and techniques of television cameras, and can flexibly use the relevant theory, the news events for the shooting and editing.

  1. Television Camera Experiment

This course is a set of experimental teaching for the TV.

  1. The Introduction to Sociology

This course enables students to understand the basic theory of sociology.

  1. The History of Journalism and Communication in China and Foreign Countries

This course enables students to grasp the objective law of the development of journalism, with a relatively solid theoretical basis, and to guide the practice of news.

  1. College Computer Science Foundation

This course provides introduction to microcomputer literacy, system platform and computing environment of microcomputer, representation and handling of data, information management and release, algorithm and programming.

  1. Higher Mathematics

This course include function and limits, calculus of unary function and multi-function, applications of mid-value theorem and derivative.

  1. The Outline of Chinese Modern History

This course introduces the development and evolution of Chinese modern history.

  1. The Introduction to Mao Zedong Thoughts

This course introduces the concept, theory and relevant knowledge of Mao Zedong's thought.

  1. The Introduction to the Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics

This course introduces the concept, theory and relevant knowledge of the socialist theory with Chinese characteristics.

  1. University Physical Education (2)

This course introduces the knowledge of sports, and the operation skills of sports related sports.

  1. Defense Education (including Military Training)

Military training, learning military knowledge.

  1. Music (Arts) Appreciation

This course combines specific work, learn how to appreciate music or art, improve students' artistic accomplishment.

  1. Chinese and Foreign Films and Television Products Interpretation

This course through the interpretation of specific film and television work, establish a professional aesthetic consciousness, cultivate professional aesthetic ability, set professional comprehensive quality.

This course is a set of experiments in a field of chemistry.

This course introduces the basic theory of a field of biology.

Fourth Year

  1. Career Planning and Career Guidance

This course is combined with the present employment situation to help the graduates to establish a correct view of occupation, the occupation planning, so as adapt to the social.

  1. The Situation and Policy

This course introduces domestic and international political and economic development, and introduces the relevant policies.

  1. College Physical Education (3)

This course introduces the knowledge of sports, and the operation skills of sports related sports.

This course introduces the knowledge of sports, and the operation skills of sports related sports.

29.Television News Program Production

This course teaches the main theory of shooting and editing of TV news programs.

30.TV News Program Experiment

This course is a set of experimental course for the production of TV news program.

31. Media Ethics and Regulations

This course is designed to train the students of journalism ethics literacy and legal literacy, training talents for the press. The course is conducted in a combination of media and regulations.

32. The Introduction Of New Media

This course is a systematic analysis of the new media in two aspects: the theoretical and practical aspects. It not only reflects the academic research results of the new media field, but also makes a systematic study of the new media.

33.News Commentary

This course enables students to grasp the objective law of the news review activities, have a relatively solid professional theory, and to guide the practice of news commentary.

34. Media Operation and Management

This course is based on the theory of economics and management, and studies the management and strategic management of modern media.

35.Major Emergencies Report Research

This course focuses on the background of the frequent occurrence of major emergencies in recent years, analyzes the mode of crisis communication in the new media environment and the influence factors, and puts forward the solutions.

36. Graduation Thesis

This course is the last one of the students who graduated from college, the students in the teacher's guidance, the completion of graduation thesis topics, modify, final, reply the whole process.
